(My first video made back on Jan. 12th, 2009) I created these video's to keep a unique personnel record of my progress. I have made a series of these video's labeled in roman numerical order. I have tried 2 b unique & creative in making these videos. Although I did not officially weigh in, I believe I was around 230 pounds in this video. It was winter & I had been bulking up! Looking @ this video now, I did not realize just how much BULK I actually gained!
